How can we plan my look before I arrive in Playa?
Share your inspiration, a photo of your hair and your makeup preferences. We can start the conversation before your trip and discuss trial availability and pricing.
Can we arrange a hair and makeup trial?
Ask about a trial and its cost when requesting your proposal. If you’re traveling, include your arrival date so we can check whether it can be arranged before the wedding.
How do we choose a look for the Riviera Maya climate?
Heat, humidity and time outdoors influence the choice. We’ll discuss your skin, hair, preparation and touch-up needs with your plans in mind.
Can you come to my wedding resort?
Send the resort name to ask about travel. Check whether your hotel allows outside vendors and requires passes or access fees. We’ll clarify my proposal’s inclusions and the access costs you need to arrange with the hotel.
Can you also style my mother or wedding guests?
I work with you personally. Include the number of people needing services and their ready-by time from the start; I’ll confirm whether I can accommodate them and how the appointments would be scheduled.
Are trials, travel and touch-ups included?
These are confirmed in your proposal. Tell me what you need so we can review availability, price and the scope of each service before booking. An availability inquiry does not reserve your date.
